How it works.

In a professional kitchen or production environment, you quickly work with dozens of dry ingredients. Each ingredient has its own density, flow, and behavior. Manual weighing takes time, is prone to errors, and depends on who is working at that moment. One gram too much. One ingredient forgotten. The result: variation that comes at the expense of quality, reliability, and your product.

Autogram learns your ingredients.

No dry ingredient behaves the same. Autogram’s self-learning system learns how each ingredient behaves: density, flow, and response in the dosing mechanism. Adding a new herb, powder, or additive? Autogram analyzes it and doses it immediately with the same precision as the rest.

Enter your recipe

Select the recipe and batch size on the touchscreen. That is all.

Autogram automatically calculates the exact quantities for every dry ingredient. No spreadsheets, no manual calculations, no room for mistakes.

Every gram automatically dosed.

Autogram doses each ingredient in the correct order. While the system weighs, it continuously corrects itself. You get a perfectly composed mix, accurate to 0.2 grams. Without a separate scale. Without dependence on one specialist.

Connected to your operation.

Autogram connects to the systems you already use for recipe management, inventory, and production. Every batch is automatically recorded: which ingredients were used, in what quantity, and at what time. That means full traceability, real-time insight into your inventory, and less administrative work.

Control where it matters

Consistent quality

Every batch is identical. No outliers, no surprises, regardless of who carries out the production.

No guesswork

Autogram replaces estimation with precision. 0.2 gram accuracy for every ingredient, every time.

Less waste

Exact dosing means no overdosing. Valuable ingredients are used efficiently and fully recorded.

Full traceability

Every dosage is automatically recorded. Essential for food safety, audits, and controlled production environments.

Frequently asked questions

I already buy my spice mixes. Do I need Autogram?

Yes, almost certainly. Even when you purchase premixes, in practice, extra ingredients are often added, such as salt, binders, allergens or specific taste components. It is precisely when weighing carefully down that makes the difference.

For companies that work with their own recipes, Autogram also helps to become less dependent on standard purchased mixes. That gives more control over taste, quality and cost.

Yes. Autogram is modular, so that parts can easily be removed and cleaned. The reservoirs and parts that come into contact with ingredients are easily accessible, so that cleaning remains practical and well-organized.

This makes the system suitable for daily use in professional production environments.

Autogram is modular. Each rack contains multiple ingredient reservoirs and the system can be easily expanded with additional racks.

The racks can be connected to each other and the software recipe system is scalable. This allows you to start small with your most important ingredients and expand later when your production grows.

Yes. Autogram has an open API and can be linked to existing systems, such as EMS, ERP, recipe or quality systems.

This allows recipes, production data and registrations to be automatically exchanged with the software that you already use.

The integrated scale can weigh up to 5 kg. The reservoirs are available in various sizes, including 2 liters and 7.5 liters.

So you can weigh a recipe up to 5 kg directly in one go, or dose larger recipes in parts and transfer them to a larger container or mixing tub.

No. AutoGram is developed for professional food environments and is used the most there, but the system is also suitable for other applications where dry ingredients, powders, granulates or small particles must be carefully weighed.

For example, Autogram is also used for weighing color filaments and other non-food raw materials.

Yes. Autogram is designed for daily use in professional production environments. The materials are chosen for strength, durability and hygiene.

In addition, the system is built with continuity as a starting point. If a machine ever needs to be replaced, it can be easily exchanged and the data remains available in the system. This way, production can continue quickly without having to reset everything.

Adding a new recipe is easy. This can be done via the app, the online portal, the dashboard or automatically via a link with your existing recipe or ERP system.

As a result, Autogram adapts to your way of working. Many companies first start manually and later opt for a full automatic link.

In the online portal you can manage, link and structure all recipes. You can also prepare production plans, for example per day or per week.

You select which recipes must be produced and only those recipes are forwarded to the machine. This keeps it clear for the production employee, even when there are hundreds of recipes in the system.

Traceability is standard in the core of the Autogram system. Each dosage is automatically recorded with relevant data, such as ingredient, batch code, THT, quantity, date and time.

This information can be easily recovered later, for example for quality control, audits or internal registrations. In addition, AutoGram can optionally be equipped with an integrated label printer. With this you print recipe labels with unique codes that can be placed on bags, bins or production orders. All linked information can be found later in the system via this code.
